About the role
- Perform market research for the purposes of strategic decision-making
- Assist in preparing reports, teaser documents and investment presentations that will be delivered to clients and other parties (investors, financing institutions, etc.)
- Provide support in development of financial models to test the feasibility of proposed projects
- Take part in Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) of companies as part of (re)financing and restructuring engagements
- Participate in valuation and valuation reviews of assets and projects (primarily for Real Estate, Hospitality and Infrastructure sectors)
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client’s management teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate finance and investment valuation
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or related areas of expertise
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience for Consultant position
- Excellent knowledge of basic MS office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Fluency in English language
- Experience from diverse industries or from a Big4 firm
