About the role
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for team members
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and tracking HR metrics
- Participate in HR meetings and trainings to gain insight into strategic people operations
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and legal employment regulations
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives to enhance company culture
- Assist in organizing company events and recognition programs
- Shadow and learn from experienced HR professionals in various functional areas
- Contribute to process improvement projects within the People & Culture team
- Provide general support to the HR department as needed
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
