About the role

  • Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for team members
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and tracking HR metrics
  • Participate in HR meetings and trainings to gain insight into strategic people operations
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and legal employment regulations
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives to enhance company culture
  • Assist in organizing company events and recognition programs
  • Shadow and learn from experienced HR professionals in various functional areas
  • Contribute to process improvement projects within the People & Culture team
