About the role

  • Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Qualify contacts based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing
  • Develop a strong understanding of XR’s products, use cases, and customer personas
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of motivation, curiosity, and resilience
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in ad tech, martech, media, SaaS, or fintech
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
