About the role
- Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
- Qualify contacts based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing
- Develop a strong understanding of XR’s products, use cases, and customer personas
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of motivation, curiosity, and resilience
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with CRM systems and sales tools
- Preferred:
- Experience in ad tech, martech, media, SaaS, or fintech
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
