About the role

  • Support Korean and/or Japanese customers with a North American presence
  • Interact with various cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, Operations, Support, and Services
  • Manage multiple projects with varied deliverables and due dates
  • Listen to and document customer feedback for internal improvements
  • Present work to managers and senior leaders
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, preferably using Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude
  • Build a strong technical understanding of Extreme’s wired and wireless networking solutions

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Networking, Systems, Software, or Data) or a related field
  • Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, or English and Korean
  • At least 18 months remaining before graduation
  • General understanding of Networking Technology
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within both virtual and in-person teams
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
