About the role

  • Content creation: development and execution of creative social media assets (photos, captions, Stories, Reels, design & implementation in Figma, etc.)
  • Food photography: styling products, recipes and brand worlds — from the shoot to the final post
  • Content strategy: planning and executing editorial calendars, campaigns and posting strategies
  • Editing & post-production: processing image and video material for different platforms
  • Social media management: focus on Instagram, Pinterest and other relevant social platforms — always on top of trends
  • Community management: engaging with followers and building brand communities
  • Trends & innovation: researching and implementing current social media trends and formats

Requirements

  • Experience in social media content creation (ideally in food, sustainability or lifestyle)
  • Strong skills in photography and image editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Comfortable with video production and editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Creativity, self-sufficiency and a confident sense for brand aesthetics
  • Structured working style (Trello) and enjoyment of teamwork in an agile agency environment
  • Fluent German; English and French are a plus
