Product Manager

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Exterro’s Digital Forensics solutions, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Actively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., cloud forensics, mobile artifacts, AI-driven analysis), and competitor landscapes to identify new market opportunities.
• Deeply understand user personas (DFIR professionals, law enforcement, corporate investigators). Gather and prioritize feedback through interviews, advisory boards, and user data.
• Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories. Partner closely with Engineering and UX/UI teams in an Agile environment to build, test, and ship high-quality features.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing models, product positioning, and training materials.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial success.
