Product Manager

• Own product vision, strategy, and execution across two interconnected scopes: our agent/shared-services platform and our SaaS platform.
• Operate in ambiguity, make consequential decisions, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder.
• Partner directly with the leadership and act as the product architect responsible for translating vision into execution.
• Maintain a living, prioritized backlog that reflects real customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Provide product input on automation initiatives and roadmap decisions in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
• Treat the product roadmap as a living document that evolves with the technology landscape.
• Build deep, structured alignment with the founder through communication rhythms.
• Work daily alongside a senior, experienced engineering team and lead automation-first product thinking.
• Hire, onboard, and develop a Senior PM from day one.

Head of Product

• Translate the company's overarching mission into a roadmap that engineering, sales, and leadership can rally around.
• Maintain a living, prioritized backlog that reflects real customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Provide product input on automation initiatives and roadmap decisions in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
• Treat the product roadmap as a living document that evolves with the technology landscape. Continuously identify new tools, AI capabilities, and emerging solutions that can replace manual effort, improve performance, or unlock new value for customers.
• Build deep, structured alignment with the founder - not just high-level sign-offs, but shared mental models of why, what, and complexity. Create communication rhythms that keep the founder informed without bottlenecking execution.
• Work daily alongside a senior, experienced engineering team that has built and shipped products together across multiple projects and geographies.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into well-scoped, unblocking specs without over-specifying.
• Lead automation-first product thinking, design features and workflows that reduce manual work and enable real-time monitoring.
• Hire, onboard, and develop a Senior PM from day one, with a clear mandate for which product scope they own.
• Partner with Sales on product positioning, service tiers, and scaling plans.

• Own your product scope end-to-end: discovery, definition, prioritization, delivery, and iteration
• Write clear, unambiguous specs and user stories that engineers can act on without constant clarification
• Run structured discovery: talk to customers and internal agents, synthesize insights, identify patterns
• Maintain and groom a prioritized backlog, balancing quick wins with meaningful product bets
• Partner closely with engineering to scope work, manage tradeoffs, and keep delivery on track
• Own the performance and iteration of AI models within your product scope - define evaluation criteria, monitor output quality, and drive continuous improvement
• Lead automation-first thinking in your area - every workflow you touch should ask whether a human is still needed, or whether AI can own it end-to-end
• Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to the Head of Product and leadership
• Track adoption and outcomes; use data to inform what to build next
