About the role
- Identify and build relationships with providers to acquire client referrals to Expressable
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders
- Implement inbound and outbound strategies to raise awareness of Expressable’s clinical approach
- Manage provider accounts and serve as main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, new initiatives
- Execute sales plans monthly, quarterly, and annually within an assigned geographic region to meet targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account details
- Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales efforts
- Follow up on warm digital leads (~70%) and perform some cold calling (~30%)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services
- Consultative selling style and related skills and experience
- Comfortable with and motivated by a quota-driven environment
- Generating provider referrals experience is preferred
- Familiarity with speech-language therapy practice is preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas
- Reside within the United States (U.S. residency requirement)
