About the role

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the company
  • Oversee operational activities with a focus on customer satisfaction and team engagement
  • Uphold the company’s vision and values while driving growth initiatives
  • Implement the Group’s operational strategy in line with overall objectives
  • Design and monitor performance indicators to evaluate operational effectiveness

  • Actively participate in executive committee meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Establish a proactive risk-management culture by identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Resolve interdepartmental disagreements to maintain smooth collaboration
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between teams to foster a cohesive work environment
  • Set clear objectives for each department, ensuring they are achievable and aligned with the overall strategy
  • Review and approve action plans developed by deputy general managers, ensuring their relevance
  • Support deputy general managers in leading their teams and foster the development of team skills
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and transformation to improve operational processes and the company’s overall performance

Requirements

  • Category B driving license required
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management and/or significant relevant experience
  • Clean criminal record (Bulletin No. 3)
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience preferred
  • Internal training on working methods provided
