Ensure the organization's compliance, performance and operational efficiency
Develop and manage the Group and subsidiaries' business plan and financial roadmap
Identify key financial risks and support senior management in implementing appropriate solutions
Supervise and collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor the annual budget
Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions
Develop financial dashboards and analyze variances
Develop HR policies: lead the creation of compensation and performance evaluation policies
Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records
Ensure effective recruitment processes
Participate in social dialogue and facilitate employee representative bodies
Manage legal affairs: ensure the company's activities comply with applicable laws
Manage disputes in collaboration with external counsel
Oversee IT infrastructure and projects
Implement IT security policies
Provide user support and resolve IT issues
Develop and implement the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy

Requirements

Driving license (Category B) required
Advanced degree in accounting/finance and/or significant experience in the field
Clean criminal record (no entries on Bulletin No. 3)
Minimum of 10 years' experience preferred
Internal training on working methods provided
