About the role
- Ensure Glass Express shines in the field.
- Ensure projects are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
- Ensure proper execution of operational tasks and the success of major events.
- Conduct detailed analyses of processes, roles and responsibilities across departments.
- Define qualitative and quantitative objectives and establish performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose suitable working models, and develop operating charters and responsibility matrices.
- Prepare executive summaries and present recommendations to management.
- Create detailed schedules and monitor project progress, identifying risks and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required
- Degree in project management, business administration, engineering or a related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in dynamic, multi-project environments
- Proven experience managing complex projects with measurable results
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Strong knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and creating presentations
