About the role

  • Ensure Glass Express shines in the field.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Ensure proper execution of operational tasks and the success of major events.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of processes, roles and responsibilities across departments.
  • Define qualitative and quantitative objectives and establish performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Propose suitable working models, and develop operating charters and responsibility matrices.
  • Prepare executive summaries and present recommendations to management.
  • Create detailed schedules and monitor project progress, identifying risks and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required
  • Degree in project management, business administration, engineering or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in dynamic, multi-project environments
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with measurable results
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Strong knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and creating presentations
