About the role

  • Identify and map target companies and key decision-makers across strategic industries
  • Proactively engage prospects through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through structured prospecting activities
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with relevant stakeholders (C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement managers)
  • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Support the sales team in the preparation of commercial meetings and client engagements
  • Conduct market research and account mapping to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends

Requirements

  • Student in Business, Sales, Marketing or Management
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and business development
  • Hunter mentality: proactive, resilient, and results-driven
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people (calls, LinkedIn, email)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • Organized and persistent
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
