About the role

  • This internship is a great opportunity to discover the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Work closely with business stakeholders
  • Contribute to identifying and attracting top talent
  • Gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations
  • Develop a strong understanding of the talent market
  • Work directly with the Talent Acquisition lead and collaborate with hiring managers across different teams
  • Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Support the creation and publication of job advertisements
  • Conduct initial CV screenings and pre-qualification calls
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS or internal tools
  • Support recruitment campaigns and job posting visibility
  • Participate in initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract talent

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • Interest in recruitment, talent management, or consulting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, curious, and organized
  • Comfortable using digital tools and professional networks (LinkedIn)
  • Languages: French (required)
  • English (professional level)
