About the role
- Design, govern, and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architecture, and external vendors
- Ensure solutions align with ICON’s strategic, regulatory, and operational objectives
Requirements
- 15-18+ years of overall IT experience
- 5-7+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture roles
- Proven experience in designing end-to-end solution architectures
- Strong capability in translating business and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of security-by-design principles
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive architecture artifacts
- Deep experience with enterprise integration patterns and Tools
- Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures
- Experience in designing solutions with High availability, disaster recovery, business continuity
- Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI architectures
