About the role
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding
- Conduct market research and advise hiring managers on market trends and hiring practices
- Leverage tools and technology platforms to optimize sourcing and improve the candidate experience
- Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline
- Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, process improvements)
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the employer brand
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles
- Bilingual French/English (position based in Montreal)
- Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing sector
- Experience managing multiple mandates in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Team player, results-oriented, with strong influencing skills
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Strong client focus and an innovative mindset
- Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Good knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
