About the role

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Conduct market research and advise hiring managers on market trends and hiring practices
  • Leverage tools and technology platforms to optimize sourcing and improve the candidate experience
  • Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline
  • Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, process improvements)
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the employer brand
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, including complex and high-volume roles
  • Bilingual French/English (position based in Montreal)
  • Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing sector
  • Experience managing multiple mandates in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Team player, results-oriented, with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong client focus and an innovative mindset
  • Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
