About the role
- As the Account Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end project delivery excellence and ensuring strong operational performance across the business unit
- Lead and coordinate all projects from initiation to closure, ensuring full adherence to contractual commitments
- Drive delivery and quality performance, including achievement of RFT, OQD, OTD, and CSAT targets
- Maximise project profitability by optimising productivity, resource allocation, and offshore utilisation
- Serve as the primary customer interface at both local and project levels, strengthening long‑term partnerships
- Support business development activities, including bids, quotations, extensions, and capability proposals
- Ensure effective financial governance, including Project Finance Reviews, risk management, and cash control
- Oversee resource planning, utilisation, workforce forecasting, and collaboration with recruitment teams
- Provide performance and line management for employees within the business unit
- Work alongside Chief Engineers to support capability development, Personal Development Reviews, and technical excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related field
- Professional certifications such as APM, Prince2, PMP or equivalent are beneficial but not essential
- Proven ability to manage delivery performance and project financials
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and quality frameworks
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery control
- Strong experience leading complex engineering or technology projects end-to-end
- Experience managing project teams, developing people, and supporting capability growth
- Experience working within consultancy or multi-project delivery environments
- Experience working with offshore teams or multi-location delivery models
