Make 80-100 calls a day to warm leads that completed their business registration through our company
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals.
Position financial and technical solutions such as business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website building to address client pain points.
Clearly explain complex financial and technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
Requirements
3+ years of proven sales experience , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills , with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Foundational financial acumen , with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not a must .
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
