About the role
- Drive organic search growth and increase domain authority
- Generate qualified inbound leads within the remote staffing and outsourcing space
- Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements
- Create structured content briefs aligned with search intent
- Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversions
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
- Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and content SEO
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Atlas, Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Experience in B2B, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and own growth metrics
