About the role
- Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on medical malpractice and personal injury cases so our Expert Search team can use the information to research and identify the best expert witnesses
- Review medical records to concisely summarize fact patterns for use in expert witness outreach by our Expert Search team
- Assist researchers on our Expert Search team by reviewing expert feedback to cases and helping to determine expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases
- Provide consultative customer service to attorney-clients on phone and video case intakes and collaborate with our customer success, sales, and advisory teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
- 1-2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting preferred but not required
- Strong clinical knowledge - 5+ years of clinical experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Teamwork and collaboration required, display of a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with set performance metrics/goals
