About the role

  • Ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations
  • Hold discovery workshops with customers and partners and create solution designs
  • Create user stories and estimates
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth project handoffs and client success
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic improvements
  • Coach, mentor, and support other team members
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and accountability
  • Encourage innovation and empower other team members to take initiative

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations
  • In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous learning
  • English (C1) and German (C2) language advanced level required
  • Preferred Dutch language skills
