About the role
- As a Software Engineer you will take an active role in shaping early technology and product decisions, working directly with the co-founders and engineering team.
- You will take ownership and help shape many components across the stack: frontend applications for web and mobile, backend applications that serve APIs and process data, architecture, infrastructure, and more.
- You will help build out the engineering team and foster a collaborative team environment.
- You will engage in the entire life cycle of product engineering, including sprint planning, retrospectives, on-call rotation, deploying software.
Requirements
- You have significant depth with more than one language or framework, and you have experience shipping into production.
- You are capable of spanning the entire stack when necessary.
- You are impact focused and have a bias for action and delivery.
- You set a high bar for technical excellence and can help others reach it too.
- You are able to anticipate technical and operational risks, and can help mitigate them.
- You will place compliance, security, and ethics at the forefront of our systems.
