About the role
- Own Outbound segmentation strategy leveraging intent, buyer stage, and predictive signals
- Develop prioritization and exclusion frameworks to improve targeting efficiency and reduce overcommunication
- Regularly analyze Persona, Vertical, and segment performance; deliver actionable insights and dashboards
- Lead AI-enabled ABM reporting using 6sense segmentation data and integrated campaign performance metrics
- Identify and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and behavior-based targeting strategies
- Conduct ongoing segment health checks and optimize based on engagement and revenue impact
- Improve contact quality and data integrity, including job title normalization in partnership with the Global Marketing Automation team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Excellence, Demand Gen, ABM, Analytics and Operations teams
- Support high-priority list builds and strategic targeting initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B marketing, segmentation, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and a MAP (Preferably Eloqua)
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools or predictive analytics (preferred)
- Experience leading data normalization or governance initiatives (preferred)
