Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Harness)
Participate in RPA automation plans to help reduce manual operational tasks
Help review and handle ServiceNow requests and incident tickets with guidance from senior team members
Help document operational procedures and internal knowledge resources
Learn how to apply hardening practices for Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure

Requirements

Pursue a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related
Understanding of AWS services and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS)
Basic familiarity with Terraform or any infrastructure-as-code concepts
Knowledge of CI/CD fundamentals and cloud-native concepts
Beneficial knowledge: Basic programming knowledge in Python, Groovy, or Go
Academic or hands-on exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
Familiarity with RPA automation concepts
Certifications: AWS or Kubernetes certifications are beneficial
Be available 36 hours of the week for the internship
You must be enrolled in the university for the next 9 months of the internship
Be available to start in May 2026
