Apply hands-on coding knowledge to create agentic AI techniques to solve complex business problems in consumer lending.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models using credit bureau data and other consumer datasets.
Prototype and improve on intelligent agent behaviors using Python, Spark and modern agentic frameworks.
Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability and compliance.
Collaborate with company partners to translate our requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Contribute to the development of new analytical products and services that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Requirements

3+ years building predictive models for marketing decisioning (propensity/response/uplift/NBA), in consumer lending or credit card portfolios.
Hands-on experience designing and coding agentic AI systems (tool use/function calling, multi-step planning, orchestration) to automate analytics or decision workflows.
Advanced Python proficiency (3+ years) with production-quality coding practices
Experience working with large-scale data using Spark (PySpark), SQL, and distributed compute to build features and train models.
Build agentic prototypes quickly and iterate using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field required; Master's (or equivalent advanced experience)
