About the role
- Report to Experian Health and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director
- Build trusting relationships with Experian Health clients
- Ensure overall satisfaction for assigned clients
- Manage all implemented products, monitoring client health
- Identify opportunities for account expansion
- Work on Client Business Reviews, Workflow Assessments, and Client Transition Management
- Engage with Customer Community and Communication with Customer Success Representatives
- Responsible for Revenue Management, Account Expansion and Product Usage Monitoring
Requirements
- Familiar with the broad range of Experian Health products and services is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years' experience in the Healthcare IT industry, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, in a similar role
- 3+ years' experience in a Provider-based background is beneficial
- 2+ years' experience with Salesforce is beneficial
- Conceptual understanding and some use of Gen AI, Co Pilot, and GPT
