About the role

  • Report to Experian Health and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director
  • Build trusting relationships with Experian Health clients
  • Ensure overall satisfaction for assigned clients
  • Manage all implemented products, monitoring client health
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Work on Client Business Reviews, Workflow Assessments, and Client Transition Management
  • Engage with Customer Community and Communication with Customer Success Representatives
  • Responsible for Revenue Management, Account Expansion and Product Usage Monitoring

Requirements

  • Familiar with the broad range of Experian Health products and services is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years' experience in the Healthcare IT industry, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, in a similar role
  • 3+ years' experience in a Provider-based background is beneficial
  • 2+ years' experience with Salesforce is beneficial
  • Conceptual understanding and some use of Gen AI, Co Pilot, and GPT
