About the role
- You will be a critical partner and advisor to the Financial Services and Data (FSD) department.
- You will focus on Fraud & ID and Software & Platform lines of business, providing financial planning, analysis, reporting support for Experian North America.
- Assist the planning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecasting and quarterly business updates.
- Assist the month-end close and monthly forecasting process.
- Manage monthly commissions data input.
- Oversee the reconciliation process completed by accounting shared services.
- Develop P&L analytics to use data and identify insights and opportunities.
- Provide financial modeling support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests.
- Understand the details while at the same time be able to advise on big picture challenges.
- Develop financial reporting with an eye to streamlining processes and raising the standard for the quality of deliverables.
- Improve and standardize reporting through new tools, dashboards, and processes to lead scalable insights.
- Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results and provide planning and analysis support to guide financial goals.
- Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
- Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams
- Experience managing projects end-to-end and getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
