Requirements

BA/BS degree (or equivalent), 5–10 years of relevant experience.
PMP certification, experience of methodologies and tools.
Lead without formal authority, inspire teams, and remove roadblocks.
Strong negotiation and conflict management.
Experienced in driving continuous improvement and managing organizational change.
Familiarity with financial services.
Experience with building structure to scale GenAI responsibly and sustainably.
