About the role
- Investigates potential subscribers to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent use
- Ensures compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act rules
- Obtains supporting documentation to account for due diligence, compliance, and financial stability
- Educates potential and new external clients on permissible purpose and appropriate use of credit reports
- Updates Salesforce and Mainframe accounts while accessing appropriate business reports for review
- Responsible for any special projects or tasks and process improvements
- Provides set up assistance to customers
Requirements
- Two to four years fraud investigations experience
- Web and Query experience (Salesforce/mainframe Knowledge)
- Bachelor's Degree (High-school Diploma)
