About the role

  • Lead Experian Health's innovation strategy
  • Identify and scale new products, capabilities, and business models
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Strategy leaders to turn ideas into market-ready solutions
  • Define the enterprise innovation strategy
  • Build and manage a balanced innovation portfolio
  • Identify latest healthcare trends, technologies, and regulatory shifts
  • Lead discovery, incubation, and validation of new product concepts
  • Use Experian's core strengths in data, identity, analytics, and AI
  • Ensure innovations meet healthcare compliance, privacy, and security standards
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Strategy, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams
  • Track Return on investment, adoption, and effect of innovation

Requirements

  • 12+ years' experience in innovation, product strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership
  • 7+ years' experience launching and scaling new products or business models in complex, regulated industries
  • Experience with healthcare technology, data, and analytics ecosystems
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior executives
  • Experience in healthcare services, health IT, FinTech adjacent healthcare, or data/analytics companies
  • Exposure to AI/ML, revenue cycle, or patient access solutions
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or healthcare
