Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B paid digital marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social (especially LinkedIn), display, retargeting, and SEM/PPC
  • 3+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience understanding account journeys, intent data, and multi-touch campaign orchestration
  • A proven track record managing $500K+ annual paid media budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline contribution is essential
  • Technical expertise includes advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, 6sense, and other B2B advertising platforms
  • Experience partnering with campaign teams, deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, and knowledge of how paid channels work together to accelerate pipeline are crucial
  • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce.com, plus expertise in attribution modeling and conversion tracking round out the technical requirements
  • A data-driven mindset balanced with creative thinking, self-motivation, curiosity about cybersecurity, and enthusiasm for continuous optimization are key
  • Bachelor's degree or a compelling story completes the profile
