- Lead a revenue contract process with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product) and implement predictable SLAs.\n
- Revise and maintain contract documents, use plain-English terms, and create standard legal plays.\n
- Support procurement activities, including vendor contract review, guidelines, and templates.\n
- Partner with Security Team to improve data privacy and information security programs.\n
- Bring outstanding verbal and written communication, deep knowledge of legal operations, and experience in SaaS.\n
- Requires JD degree and admission to state bar, and 6-10 years of relevant experience
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills using colloquial language, and amazing active listening and conflict skills\n
- Deep knowledge of legal operations, processes, procedures, and metrics\n
- Detailed understanding of the commercial data privacy, and intellectual property issues commonly associated with fast-growing technology and “software as a service” companies\n
- Experience providing legal services and support to a company operating in the SaaS space\n
- 6-10 years of professional experience in relevant roles\n
- JD degree and admission to at least one state bar
