About the role

  • Provide direct support to the CRD and LAMs team in organizing visit schedules, presentations, data collection, and other functions related to the team’s operations
  • Serve as the focal point for managing the branch’s C and D accounts (revenue band) and establish strategies for retention and development of these accounts
  • Prepare analyses through various reports on the revenue of the branch’s C and D accounts, with support from the CRDM
  • Evaluate leads generated from these accounts, classifying accounts as Go or No Go based on the branch strategy
  • Establish contact with key clients in the C and D portfolio to support client retention and development
  • Provide support to the LAMs team in preparing various reports and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain the team’s weekly visit schedule in SharePoint
  • Analyze the weekly revenue of program clients
  • Be responsible for updating the dashboards used by the team on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Support the Sales and Sales Operations teams in prospecting and analyzing new potential clients

Requirements

  • Completed higher education
  • Experience in business development and/or commercial areas
  • Advanced English
  • Additional training in Sales / commercial routines is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ease working with numbers and data in general
  • Knowledge of domestic and international logistics
  • Strategic thinking and planning based on target objectives
  • Strong internal and external relationship-building skills
  • Proactivity, leadership, and self-management
  • Continuous pursuit of self-development and the acquisition of new skills
