About the role
- Be the first point of contact for international customers for product inquiries
- Support customer support team via e-mail, live chat, and phone
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Verify documents and support agents with ad-hoc tasks
- Work with service partners to assist customers
Requirements
- Some experience in customer support
- Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset
- Proficient in English, German, and ideally Mandarin
- Experience in banking or health insurance industry is a plus
- Experience with helpdesk software (such as Zendesk or similar tools) is ideal
