About the role
- Prepare civil earthwork engineering drawings and Civil 3D models based on engineering data for dams and water retention structures
- Coordinate with other disciplines
- Perform periodic site visits for field checks as required
- Work alongside the Civil engineering team
- Provide technical support to project team
- Prepare civil Material Take-Offs
- Other responsibilities include preparing as-built drawings, designing, and detailing new components from previous designs, implementing the preparation of specifications, design computations, drawings, models and performing volumetric calculations
- Support multiple projects, client deadlines and deliverables
Requirements
- A college degree or diploma
- Excellent knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD with recent project experience
- A minimum of 10 years of EPCM/design experience.
- Experience within the mining industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
