About the role
- Actively participate in the design and preparation of specifications and details for building mechanical systems (ventilation, heating, plumbing, various networks).
- Perform engineering calculations and prepare equipment and material lists.
- Contribute to cost estimating, drawing preparation, and quality control.
- Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and compliance with standards and client requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and participate in construction follow-ups.
- Keep your knowledge up to date on products, standards, and technologies.
Requirements
- DEC in Mechanical Engineering / Building Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in building mechanical design.
- Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication in French.
- Valid driver’s license and ASP construction card.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with contractors to explain technical requirements, answer questions, ensure accurate understanding of drawings and specifications, and facilitate work coordination.
