Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Support project accounting activities including budgeting and cost tracking.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with project managers and senior finance staff to ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain financial records and assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting (internship experience considered).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Deltek or similar) is an asset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
CPA designation in progress or interest in pursuing CPA is an asset.
