About the role

  • Assist in defining pipeline processes and HubSpot CRM automations; partner with internal technical resources to scope and implement workflow/automation changes
  • Support pipeline management and forecasting processes; conduct weekly one-on-one pipeline reviews with each sales rep to validate and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Support development and documentation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices; train sales team members on CRM usage, sales technology tools, and process updates
  • Support CRM data management to ensure pipeline accuracy, completeness, and hygiene
  • Define requirements for Power BI sales reports and dashboards; collaborate with internal resources to build reports/dashboards and support ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Assist sales reps with lead generation, outreach, conference preparation, and presentation support
  • Support development and organization of sales collateral, templates, and playbooks; coordinate with Marketing to align on collateral and campaigns
  • Serve as liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to streamline tools and processes; proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting, and enablement

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analyst, or related role (preferably in a technology or professional services environment)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to train, coach, and support a sales team
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving orientation
  • Location: Remote, EST preferred
