About the role
- Perform analytics product development, sales support and manage delivery of complex analysis driven consulting projects and/or advanced analytics driven AI/ML projects.
- Communicate project and product progress with Clients, SMEs and other stakeholders to understand and contribute to designing project/solution approach.
- Combine cutting-edge approaches with US healthcare industry expertise to enhance both internal and external clients' business needs.
- Develop new solutions and translate analytics outputs into business ready solutions.
- Lead project delivery by gathering requirements, aligning on scope, designing approach, generating plan of action, executing delivery and managing stakeholder (client/internal) expectations.
- Facilitate data enabled decision making for customers by developing and communicating qualitative/quantitative analytics.
- Develop, validate and execute algorithm and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions.
- Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses.
- Develop, validate and execute algorithm, predictive models, and reporting tools to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions.
- Use data visualization techniques to communicate analytical results and support business decisions.
- Create and evaluate data needs of assigned projects and assure the integrity of the data.
- Document projects including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics.
Requirements
- Requires Master’s degree in Engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field plus Two (2) years of experience in Statistician or related occupation.
- Two years of programming, modelling and analytics experience with large datasets for the US Healthcare industry.
- Must have two years of work experience with the following: (1) US health; Insurance claims data; (2) Healthcare Analytics including data sources, stakeholders, population health management, risk adjustment, and standard coding, including CPT/ICD Codes; (3) Python; (4) SAS; (5) SQL; (6) Data Science; (7) Predictive Modelling; (8) NLP; (9) Machine Learning; (10) Statistical Data Analysis; (11) Product Management; and (12) team management.
- Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus Five (5) years of experience in Statistician or related occupation in lieu of a Master’s degree plus Two (2) years of experience in Statistician or related occupation.
