About the role

  • Leading PMO function managing multiple technology and cross-functional projects by demonstrating best project management practices, stakeholder and team management skills
  • Establish and own project management best practices, tools and techniques, SOPs etc.
  • Adept in creating management decks, reports, R&D on enterprise technology trends, good presentation skills
  • Planning, Monitoring and Controlling multiple projects using organizational processes and techniques
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Enterprise and business functions, Cyber Security, Corporate Audit etc.) and external partners (OEM, Implementation partners)
  • Quickly adaptable to organization's process framework, enterprise environment with a self-starter and go getter attitude
  • Managing team’s productivity, velocity, skills and talent development program within function
  • Managing enterprise dashboard, management reports and various organization’s event calendar in line with associated deliverables
  • Work on partner consolidation for various streams of managed support and tech CoEs
  • Keep a hawk eye on all projects phases, deliverables, quality and timelines to gets project delivered on time
  • Identify and raise risks to supervisors on time at different level and phases of project development
  • Candidate must have an innovator’s mindset to research, introduce new trends and skills to team members and help in upskilling so that timely inclusion of new ideas / technologies can be planned in effective manner

Requirements

  • Post Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science (MCA/BE/BTech)
  • Industry recognized certifications PMP
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred
  • 15 – 18 Years
