About the role
- Responsible for the intake of new job openings, updating candidate workflow status’ in Oracle Fusion ATS, and sourcing passive profiles on LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Assure proper and accurate data entry into the ATS for a seamless handover to the Onboarding team of selected candidates for hire.
- Evaluate job applicant resumes and phone screen for a possible fit for the role.
- Submit prescreened candidates to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers for consideration to proceed with HM interviews
- Ability to applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Arrange candidate interviews by coordinating, scheduling, and sending calendar invites as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate workflow status’ within the ATS and on the team’s trackers
- Will perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have Recruiting experience with working knowledge of ATS / HRIS data base systems - preferably Oracle Fusion software
- Must have experience __as a recruiter__ working for a Consulting/BPO/RPO/ITO industry firm or as a Financial Inbound Call Center Rep recruiter
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and follow up skills are a must
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Reporting Capabilities
