About the role
- Lead development of innovative solutions that accelerate growth EXL’s insurance business by integrating EXL’s Data and AI capabilities with partner offerings
- Manage onboarding activities such as InfoSec, Data Privacy, and Cyber Security reviews
- Provide architectural guidance and lead creation of solution demos and marketing assets
- Drive seamless delivery of POCs and implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience including 2+ years of consulting experience in process consulting/process re-engineering
- Excellent education pedigree - BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics, or related from a Tier 1 institute.
- MBA preferred but not essential
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies, Architecture and Security reviews is a must have
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Six-Sigma and Agile Methodologies
- Experience in Insurance domain is a must have
- Thinks “outside the box” and develops creative solutions to complex technical and business problems
- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders
- Evidence of problem-solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
- Superior written communication skills
