This is a Business Analytics role which requires the individual to be hands-on-subject-matter expert of either Financial Analytics and Risk Analytics in financial services industry.
As part of this role the individual will be expected to provide expertise and advisory to the customer based on Data Analysis, Qualitative Due Diligence and creating high impact dashboards.
Experience in Credit Risk, Loss Forecasting, Portfolio monitoring, Financial analytics will be preferred.
Additionally, in this role, this person will have to act as an onsite coordinator for the offshore team.
The individual is expected to have excellent communication and delegation skills.
The role will include becoming the front face of the offshore team to present outcomes to the client stakeholders and gather requirements.

Requirements

Educational Background: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
Industry Experience: Previous experience (At least 7 years) in analytics, preferably in BFSI. Good knowledge in Financial Analytics, Banking Analytics
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python & SQL is essential. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS Sage maker. Experience in financial modeling and valuations
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives etc.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
