- Lead and manage strategic programs aligned with business goals across global teams.
- Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Define scope, goals, timelines, success metrics and budgets aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop executive dashboards and presentations providing strategic insights using a data-driven approach for leadership.
- Continuously improve program frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs, timelines, and budget planning as per requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business heads and functional teams across geographies to ensure program success
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience working in fast paced environment in IT/Tech services.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good-to-Have:
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
