About the role

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Handling: Act as a gatekeeper for calls, emails, and other communications; draft and manage correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
  • Document Preparation: Create reports, presentations, and briefing materials; manage confidential documents and records.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Project Support: Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Oversee administrative processes, order supplies, and liaise with internal departments and external partners.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
