About the role
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud resources and system performance
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
- Communicate analysis, findings, and updates effectively with clients, leadership, and onshore teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Good understanding of Cloud fundamentals and infrastructure concepts
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of Terraform
- Familiarity with Linux (preferred)
