About the role

Proficient in building and deploying cutting-edge AI systems using LLMs like LLaMA and Mistral.
Hands-on experience in fine-tuning models to create sophisticated LLMOps or AI agents with LangChain/LangGraph.
Collaborate with other departments to align machine learning practices.
Lead medium-sized machine learning & Gen AI projects.
Able to mentor and develop junior team members.

Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in Gen AI, machine learning or data science.
Fine-tune and adapt open-source LLMs.
Implement multi-modal LLM orchestration for text, vision, and audio processing workflows.
Develop hybrid LLM solutions integrating OpenAI/Claude APIs with open-source models.
Build sophisticated AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Google's Vertex AI Agent Builder.
Design and implement multi-agent systems with complex workflows, memory management, tool integration, and retry mechanisms.
Orchestrate multi-modal AI pipelines handling diverse data types and model interactions.
Establish comprehensive LLMOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
Implement MLOps best practices using Google Cloud AI Platform, Vertex AI etc.
Develop robust APIs using FastAPI and containerize applications with Docker/Kubernetes.
Deploy, monitor, and scale AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
Good to have: Experience with Google Cloud AI/ML services for agentic orchestration (Vertex AI, AI Studio, AutoML).
