About the role

  • Review regulatory reports and translate business requirements into clear instructions for developers working on Dataiku and related models.
  • Work with finance, actuarial, and operations teams to understand data, cost hierarchies, and insurance premium flows.
  • Document and explain requirements, ensuring business logic is accurately built into systems.
  • Support change projects across Record-to-Report (R2R) and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate data and identify improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years’ experience in a business analysis or finance role, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Accounting knowledge essential – strong understanding of costs, hierarchies, and premium flows.
  • Experience with actuarial data, Alteryx, or similar data tools.
  • SQL skills a plus.
  • Experience in change or process improvement work.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
