About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks, ADF, and Azure SQL.
- Implement data orchestration, automation, and cost optimization strategies on Azure.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs for data exchange and system interoperability.
- Ensure data quality, security, and user access management across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions supporting analytics and business intelligence.
- Apply version control and code modularization best practices using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in data engineering or related field
- SQL (Advanced)
- Python (Advanced)
- REST API (Intermediate)
- Cloud Infrastructure: Azure (Intermediate)
- Tools: Databricks, ADLS, Azure SQL, ADF, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, SSMS
- Concepts: CI/CD, Orchestration, Automation, Code Modularization, Versioning, Data Management, Data Engineering, Cost Management, ETL, User Access Management
