About the role
- Extract and organize data from various sources.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create visualizations using Excel and Power BI to effectively communicate findings.
- Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain various reports, dashboards, and visualizations, including scorecards, KPI dashboards, templates and trackers.
- Implement and maintain automated processes for report generation, data analysis, and template creation.
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and data privacy laws while maintaining data integrity and security in databases and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
