About the role
- Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referral partnerships.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and position Exit Factor's proprietary assessments and programs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner on lead strategies, while enjoying autonomy in your day-to-day execution.
- Leverage provided tools, in-house leads, and national referral networks to accelerate results.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (5+ years preferred), ideally in consulting, professional services, coaching, or financial advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence leading virtual and in-person meetings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup franchise environment while contributing ideas to improve processes and client outcomes.
- High integrity, team-oriented spirit, and a commitment to doing the right thing—always.
