About the role

  • Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referral partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs and position Exit Factor's proprietary assessments and programs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner on lead strategies, while enjoying autonomy in your day-to-day execution.
  • Leverage provided tools, in-house leads, and national referral networks to accelerate results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (5+ years preferred), ideally in consulting, professional services, coaching, or financial advisory.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence leading virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup franchise environment while contributing ideas to improve processes and client outcomes.
  • High integrity, team-oriented spirit, and a commitment to doing the right thing—always.
